Water in front floor board. Now the heater fan no longer works. Is this part of the problem encountered with the 1990 Dynasty where there was a leak on the cowl and water got into the wiring causing a dangerous situation?

If the floor is wet on the pass. side its your heater core. The reason your fan doesnt work might be from the antifreeze/water getting inside the motor. Check your fuses also.

Rainwater on floor

it may not be rain water ..if its in the right front floor board ..check for leaks in and around the heater core or the hoses that supply the the heater core with water [coolant] ..also keep a close eye on the amount of water [coolant] that is in your radiator..if its coming up low each time you have checked it ..its almost a sure bet that is where your water [coolant ] is being lost..or going [into your floor board] so your thinking it rainwater..

How do you replace the AC/Heater blower fan?

First check the relay. It is behind where you fill the washer fluid. take the black cowling off then remove the washer tank and there it is. We changed the fan (major undertaking) and it would work then not. After taking it apart again we discovered the relay switch. it is also way cheaper to fix

I have a AC condensation blockage in my 1990 Dodge Dynasty

The water problem is caused by a blocked drain hose. If you get under the car you should see a line or hose coming through the firewall or front floorboard. It is plugged up with insects or road debris. Use a coat hanger or pen and dig in it for about a foot til it clears.
The second problem was caused by the first, water is not good in the ductwork. Most likely a door "motor" is shorted or disconnected. When you get the water out you may have a 10% chance of the other problem clearing up. Good Luck Sometimes a trip to the Salvage yard is an excellent education for location of parts. Also cars work with used parts.
