Do we look for the condensation outlet pipe on the passenger side or driver side? Most of the water is on the passenger side. The carpet is soaked. It just started making the noise Friday morning.

-There are couple thing that cause not to start:
*Before check the following, make sure battery is full of charge.
1. No thing at all. Possible Corrosion battery cable or bad connector or starter relay. (Visual Inspect it) Clean it or tight it
2.Click but never turn or start. Starter has dirty contact or worn out. (Replace W/new one)

I have water that drips down over by the glove box when i turn the a/c on. I also hear water running behind the glove box when the a/c is on o-and now when i turn on the a/c or the heat there is no air...

Sounds as if the drain pipe has come adrift, and maybe unit has been over gassed. Its usual for the condencer to have water coming from. It condences the gas to a liquid and as it does so it removes the heat from the cabin. Condensation takes place and has to drain away somewhere, so a pipe is provided, which takes the water out of the vehicle. Think your has become detatched

1998 plymouth voyager also leaks from behind the glove box

check the smell of the liquid. if it smells like anti freeze...heater core is leaking. no smell and it could be moisture from the a/c evaporator core (condensation like on a cold soda can) or the windshield seal is leaking.

Water dripping inside car

It sounds like you have a drain stopped up on the air conditioner system. You have to get under the vehicle prefferably with it on a lift and clean out drain.

Sound coming from passenger side when i turn the heating fan

I would remove the fan motor. You may have ingested something from the glove box into the fan motor. This is a known issue, the opening for the heater box is directly behind the glove box, and papers can get sucked into the heater fan. The fan is held on by 3 screws, under the glove box, it is easy to remove.

Regarding the coolant loss, I would suspect that you have a water pump leak. A slow leak is not uncommon, and a pressure test will hold the pressure. I would have the water pump examined.

Hope this helps; a FIxYa rating for my assistance would be greatly appreciated.
