Question about 1992 Dodge Dakota
Use a hand vacuum pump to test the egr valve. if you put about 5 inches of vacuum on it you should see movement of the pintale shaft. if not, it may need cleaned or replaced. Check the vacuum port and make sure it is not blocked or plugged.
