SOURCE: where is blower motor resistor

There is a resistor pack for the fan speed in the ductwork near the fan.. It is very easy to replace once it is located. Ussually there are either one or two 5.5mm screws holding it in place. Once you get it out you will notice the resistors that are burnt.

Cluster is pretty much non serviceable. It's a circuit board problem that will have to be fixed by a cluster repair shop.

SOURCE: 2004 pontiac aztek thermostat replacement?

The thermostat is located behind the metal housing that is bolted to the intake manifold on the drivers side of the engine below the throttle body.

There are 2 bolts holding the hosing on. A 13mm swivel socket and a 13mm wrench will be needed to remove the bolts.

Sometimes it is easier to remove the throttle body if it is your first time. It will let you see what you are doing a little better.

1. remove the air cleaner cover and hose attached to the throttle body.
2. remove the throttle body (optional)
3. Using a swivel socket and wrench remove the 2 bolts holding the thermostat housing from the intake manifold.

What # is the fuse that runs the blower on 2003 pontiac aztek

can't remember which fuse it was on mine, but the real problem was the switch itself. the wires on the back of the switch actually melted together. starts out with one position not working and then gets worse from there.if it keeps burning fuses, check that out. it's common on pontiacs in general

Why doesnt my ac blower work on my 2004 pontiac aztek

check for voltage at the blower motor with the switch on, if none check for voltage at the resistor and the fan switch.

My air in my pontiac aztek comes on sometimes and

If a fuse was blown, the blower wouldn't run at all. It sounds like loose wiring. If it only works on certain numbers, it would most likely be the blower motor resistor. On the passenger side under the glove box, there is a removable panel. Behind the panel is the blower motor. Try to push the wires in a little tighter. Then try out the fan.
