This is a common problem, if you know anything about mechanics, you could take it out and bang on it, or wiggle the steering wheel hard while simultaneously trying to turn the key, also make sure the gear is fully in park, if you park and kill the engine and take the key out then let the steering wheel lock, while the front end is in a bind, like its turned, or parked on a hill, then you might need to turn the wheel hard to get it to turn over
