There should be a cover inside the box of the truck behind the light that you remove to change the bulbs.

I need to change the left rear turn signal bulb, but I do not know how to remove the cover

A little more info may help, but for most of them you open the tailgate, or rear hatch.
You will see a couple screws that go into the housing.
Take these out and pop the cover off.
Twist out the socket holding the bulb you want to replace, then you can change the bulb.

Replace rear turn signal bulb on 1996 cadilac

Hello; To change bulbs remove the cover in the trunk (pull it away) Remove the nut's/wing nuts and the assembly will come out. If you ever have to change any of bulbs that are on the deck lid you will need to remove the covering on the inside of the deck lid, remove the assembly and change the bulb.

How do I change the brake light bulb in my 2004 Honda odyssey

One comment - having just replaced a bulb. After you remove the two screws - the assemby will be loose, but doesn't just slide back. There is a plastic pressure fitting that will hold the assembly in place. Applying force to pull the assembly out caused me to crack the plastic panel where the two screws go. So don't do that! I found that applying a bit of pressure - via a flat tip screwdriver - between the assembly and the car body "popped" the plastic pressure fitting and allowed me to change the bulb. I was applying pressure to drive the assembly toward the rear of the car(and slightly up). Reassembly was just a matter of 1) gluing the cracked plastic back in place 2) aligning the white plastic pressure fitting into its receiver and 3) replacing the screws and covers. Hope this was helpful

No you unscrew the four screws on the outside and then remove the lamp assembly then twist the bulb holder counter clockwise to remove the bulb holder from the car, next twist and remove bulb in same direction counter clockwise.

I just changed out a tailight on my 2000 Nissan Xterra, so I assume it may be similar. You have to pop the plastic strip which runs across the back. There are pop rivits in it.
