130 to 150 and all cylinders should be within 10% of each other or if compression is low you could have a cracked ring or bad valve

Cylinder #1 misfire 2001 kia rio

You forst need to see if that cylinder is getting fuel, this requires an injector flow test be run by a dealer or a well equipped shop, also you at home can check for intake manifold vauum leaks with a can of carburetor spray. You should also run a compression test on all cylinders and see if that one cylinder is lower than 5% from the hightest reading.

2001 kia reo 4cyl. dohc replaced head gasket and had head re-surfaced put it back together and it acts like there is no compression

Did you recheck the engine valve timing (Timing Belt) after you finished? If so check it again. Timing has to be set on #1 top dead center. You probably know this if you did the head gasket.
