The car is sputtering like it wont go to its full potential, its sluggish like its being held back, and when you hold it to the floor, it's like it wants to slightly backfire like starvibg for fuel.

Did you try holding the gas pedal to the floor when starting ? It's getting too much fuel or not enough . Hooking up a scanner that can view sensor data parameters should be done to see which sensor is out of range . Coolant temp sensor possibly .

Brake pedel gos to floor after bleeding

Be sure to follow the proper steps to bleed the brakes. Start with a full master cylinder. Have someone in the car pump the brake pedal 3 times and hold it down while you loosen the bleed screw to let the air out. The pedal will go to the floor and must be held down until you tighten the fitting back up. If the brake pedal is let up before you tighten the fitting, it will draw air back into the system. You may have to do this procedure several times on each wheel to get the air out of all 4 lines. Be sure not to let the master cylinder run out of fluid while you are bleeding the lines.

I can push the gas pedel to the floor but it is very sluggish. Inside right front tire is worn on the inside. What would cause this? Thank you Greg

The sluggish problem sounds like a coil or throttle position sensor. If the car idles well, but sputters when you hit the gas, look at the coil.
Your tire wear is an alignment problem. Since it is more on one side of the car, I suspect a ball joint (usually lower). Look at the tires from the front, if they don't look like they set vertical, change the ball joints and get an alignment.
