The fuse area is under the driver side, you may have to pull a large panel, they will be on the firewall way up under there, also the actuator where all the wires and clicking comes from is in the passenger side kick panel under the dash, on the right side

what kind of diagram the FSM has like 100 pages there.
just fuse names
just there loctions
or what each fuse does (a schematic only tells that)
and is posted now 100+ times here, ever search.

When you say it loses power, do you mean electrical power or engine power ?
You would need to look at the fuse boxes for a loss of electrical power, and use a scanner or code reader to check the computer for trouble codes for a loss of engine power.

turn signals usually have a round relay that control them, it should be in your fuse panel in the vehicle.

1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee also called WJ; the fan relay fuse are located in the Power Distribution Center (underhood) cavity 10, 40 Amp.
