The AC condensation drain tube is located on the passenger side of the fire-well towards the bottom, it can be easily viewed from under the vehicle and it looks similar to a heater hose that is cut off and goes to nothing. To clean out the AC drain tube use long pipe cleaners folded in half, and be very careful not to damage the heater core, or the AC core with any hard or sharp objects. The carpet can also be pulled back at the base of the heater box on the passeger side floor to check if the AC drain tube has become detached from the heater box.

My 2005 Dodge Stratus has water getting under the passenger side mi seat somehow

could be coming from a/c condenser there is a drain hose that is supposed to extend through passenger floor board and allow condenser to drain water while a/c is running. Often times someone has done some work and either knocked hose off or accidentally rerouted it under passenger side carpet and gravity takes water down by seat. hope this helps

How to fix air conditioner cloggage on a 1992 caprice classic???

There is a rubber elbow coming out of the front of the firewall close to the floor. This is where the water is supposed to drain from. Use a pipe cleaner to snake into the heater box before you disassemble anything.

2003 matrix condenser hose

Have the drain hose blown out, this looks like the drain hose is plugged, that would be the first thing to check, start the car and turn on the a/c and let it run for about 20min and see if water is dripping out on to ground from passenger side, if it is then you may have another problem but if you dont see a good constant drip then drain needs cleaning. this is done with a small amount of air blown into drain hose, your regular repair shop should do this for free, if you are a customer or if not how much can they charge for 5 min of time. good day.

Air conditioner condensation dripping into the floor.

Check the drain hose, chances are it came loose from the fitting on the AC unit. Make sure the hose goes through the floor board.

92 Chevy S10 Truck...Where is the hose located that drains water from the AC onto the ground? It is clogged and leaking onto the passenger side front floor.

It's not actually a hose. Look on the firewall just in front of the passenger seat and you'll see a piece of tubing that comes out and makes a 90 degree turn toward the ground and is crimped at the end almost totally closing it off. That is the drain you are looking for.

Air conditioning leaking on passenger floor board

There is a drain hose that releases the condensation to the ground. It is probably plugged and the condensation is overflowing on the floor. Look under the vehicle same area as the leak is on the floor and find an open end of a hose. Blow air up thru it or run a long wire up to unplug it. Good luck Darrell S

A/c condensation leaking inside passenger floor

Sounds like your drain is pluged. The drain is on pass. Side on fire wall. More than likely will have to get under car to find it. Try shooting some compressed air into drain port

Water coming in to front passenger floor when it rains

The heater/airconditioner box under the dash has a drain hose to allow condensation to drain when the air conditioner is running. If this hose gets plugged, rain may accumulate in this box also (if it's raining heavily), as it comes in through the fresh air intake.

Look on the engine side of the firewall, probably on the passenger side, for a hose coming through the firewall that is not connected to anything. It is usually short, has a 90 degree bend, and the open end is down. Make sure that the end of this hose is not plugged.
