Cheeper and easier to call a tow truck guy, they can use a slim jim to get in. Also Locksmiths can do this....then no damage...

Try spraying dray graphite lock lube into the cylinder and work the key around. You can buy the lock lube dry spray from any hardware store. If that doesn't work let me know.

My 2003 Chevy Impala keeps making a noise when I crank it up. It sounds like a voltage regulator or something. Also my traction control light keeps coming on and making a rumbling noise when I take off...

Could be a bad electrical connection to your Anit-lock brakes and TC harness. These bend back and forth and break over time. The noise can be anything, but if you have a fuel starvation or back pressure issue, the engine will shutter when you push the accelerator down.

Key in ignition will not come out windows will not go up or down doors will not lock or unlock i took i took cable of battery to clean whrn this happen

Is it in park? That might explain the key. But for the locks and windows it sounds like the battery cable end may be bad.

Trunk does not open with key or remote, is there ome emergency switch or latch to get it open. 2003 impala.

Nope. You'll have to take out the back seat and see if you can get to the release mechanism and trip it manually. Seems odd that neither the key OR the remote will work.
Does the remote lock/unlock the doors O.K.?
Does the key turn at all?
Did this just start all at once?

The key won't turn in the ignition 2003 impala

Check to make sure the shifter is all way in park. If that doesn't help the key cylinder is probably bad and will need to be replaced.

Not sure what you mean by a head unit, but best thing to do is to start taking it apart again 'till the key is again free...then look to see what was binding.
