U are going to need to replace the door panel, I suggest you try and find a used one, a door panel runs about $500.00

The door switch is pushing thru the door panel because you have a missing screw or the actual area around the panel has worn away and is no longer holding the switch. To remove the door panel, remove all of the hidden phillips screws located behind the many little plastic covers and behind the door handle. There are also some screws holding the door lock switch in place. The door panel is held on by a bunch of small plastic clips, insert a flat head screwdriver between the door panel and the door skin and pry it off, it is a tight fit but it will come off. Once you get it all loose, pull up from the bottom of the door panel and then disconnect the wiring harness from the power window switch
