How can I jumpstart or open the hood

My EXT battery is dead so the remote is usless. The key doesn't work in the door locks. Tried some WD40 and some PB Cleaner. Is there a way I can force the hood open to jump start it? Or a way I can open the rear seats from the truck area? Or does this car have power ports anywhere I can hookup a cigarette lighter adapter to ? I don't know why the door locks aren't working. Im guessing the previous owner never used the door locks and always used the remote fob which caused the locks to become corroded. I have a Dual Weave Mesh Grille and pushing the latch with a screwdriver horizontally isn't doing anything. Am i suppose to be using a lot of force with this? Or any other tricks? Does the EXT have any power ports in the back of the truck ? Or is it easy to open the back seats from the trunk area when you can't get inside?
