You can the combination switch the first guard removed, and then find the ignition switch, disconnect the two lines you will be connected with the anti-theft device, FireWire directly to the original vehicle wiring harness plug connected to the ignition switch on, you can normally start.

I believe either your Ignition lock is broken inside or something went into the lock or broken ignition switch.Get a Lock Smith.

Key broken in suzuki swift 1998 ignition switch


If a fine pick won't work you could try super-glue carefully applied between the broken halves, or if the key is ferrous (steel) try a neodymium magnet (which you can find in an old hard-drive).

Ignition switch


Whoa....first, the ignition swith is not a part of the tumbler. you went in to far. replace the switch and put the brass gear on the tumbler. slide the tumbler out and install the keeper. the tumbler needs to be in the "on" position..
