SOURCE: Front wheel bearing/break

Could be a wheel bearing that is starting to have trouble - you won't always hear it right as soon as it starts to fail. If it is a wheel bearing though, very soon you'll start to notice a rumbling noise.

SOURCE: rubbing/squealing noise in front passenger side wheel well

Repeat the experiment and rotate wheels at same time. Might be just coincidence and it is actually a belt. My guess would be power steering.

One of the belt should be loose or worn. Make sure they are not worn or cracking before tightening.

SOURCE: '04 Corolla Grinding noise when breaking

Both of these guys have the right idea, a brake check wont reveal an issue with the rotors like this, you may have a grove worn in from having to suddenly stop at a high speed that you dont hear/feel when going fast. A resurface of your rotors should fix the problem. Even if they look fine you should have them resurfaced, no need to replace them. You were probably on a freeway and had to step into the brakes quickly, the ABS will cause your brakes to quickly tap against the rotors as to avoid locking up which can give a small grove from the quick tapping and releasing. So your brakes are prolly in good condition just a bit uneven from the quick stopping. :)

What noise? And year and make of car?
A clicking noise on turns is a worn CV joint on the axle shafts. A grinding noise at one of the wheels could be a wheel bearing. Worn brake pads may cause squealing, screeching other high pitched noise.

Hyundai accent 2005 when starting up the vechile and driving there is a constant ugly sound coming from the front passenger side wheel and when applying the brakes on there is a high pitch squeel

That screeching sound is a warning that your brake pads are worn down to the point where they should be immediately replaced. If you do not replace the pads, you'll score the rotor and incur an additional expense. Remember to replace the brake pads on both sides, i.e., driver and passenger side.

At high speeds, I here a high pitched squeal coming from the passenger side dashboard. Its like the wind is reflrcting off something and it makes this annoying sound. Can you help me figure this out.

I'd check the passenger side mirror first, make sure it is tight to the window frame, no gaps. It causes a wind noise or whistle. It could be from the outside of the truck, try to pin point. Does noise go away with either window down? Does noise get louder turning in one direction (wheel bearing)? Does it get worse then seem better (could be tire noise)? Eliminate fan motor, and radio. Does it get worse with vehicle speed or just engine speed?

Good Evening. First off I would like to give you a little advice on your passenger side windshield wiper. On your windshield wipers there is a nut at the base of the arm, try tightening that nut down (of course while your wipers are off) and that should make it work going off the description of your wiper problem. Your Antilock and trac off are lights that are tied into your antilock brake system and will both come on together. Your high pitched squeal could be a few things like brake pads, or a backing plate rubbing. Your hub assembly really won't make a squeal but would be a good reason for the anti lock light to be on. Your best bet is to have the antilock system scanned for codes to know exactly what is making the system to pass a code. Any other questions please feel free to ask. Hope this helps.

you need to check the front brake pads to see if the warning tab is touching the rotor ,this will squeal if the pads get worn out before it goes metal to metal, and if that is ok the only thing i would think of is the wheel bearing,
