THE BOLTS ATTACHING THE LOWER STEERING COLUMN TO THE INTERMEDIATE STEERING COUPLING CAN CONTACT THE BRAKE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PIPES LOCATED IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. No danger.

What if the 2000 dodge caravan break light comes on

If the BRAKE light comes on, and the parking brake is not engaged, it indicates a potentially very dangerous condition, where hydraulic pressure is lost in the system. IT IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE IF THE BRAKE LIGHT ILLUMINATES, EVEN "ONCE IN AWHILE," WHEN DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL.

IT IS ALSO NOT SAFE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE IF THE BRAKE LIGHT ILLUMINATES WITH THE PARKING BRAKE DISENGAGED.

The cause for the issue may be:
  1. Bad master cylinder (most likely);
  2. Contaminated brake fluid (if the wrong kind of fluid was used);
  3. Bad wheel cylinder(s);
  4. Damaged brake line;
  5. Excessive wear on brake parts (such as pads and rotors);
  6. Defective brake pressure sensor.

Break padle is very hard...was told abs system is bad and that there was a recall is that true ...the recall part

Yes a 1993 Chrysler / dodge / plymouth with Antilock brake system has lifetime warrenty on said system. It is a bad design and dangerous. Mine stopped working and it took extreme pressure on brake pedal plus emergency brakes to get it stopped.

This is in reference to my 2005 Dodge Neon. My brake light is on and the break petal pushes really easy (almost to the floor) before it grabs; however it only feels like the from brakes are grabing,...

When the rear brakes were done, the entire brake
system should have been flushed. Do that
now

You flush the system every 2 years

There is no reason to top off ANY Vehicle
fluids, as none are consummed

Go back over the rear bake work,parking brake
system and check front brakes for need work

Check power brake booster for vacuum leaks

1998 sunfire, clutch all of a sudden goes in without applying any pressure and now ABS light on???

Sounds like a failure in the clutch hydraulic actuator system, and it shares a reservoir with the brake system. When the clutch actuator master or slave develops a leak, the brake fluid runs out too.
This is dangerous and a mechanic needs to get on it soon. Not owner fixable, and not something simple which can be fixed by pouring some fluid in somewhere.

ABS and loss of break pressure

Yes you can disable ABS. First, You said you loose brake pressure. Does your brake system have a vacuum booster and a master cylinder or is the master cylinder abs hydraulic assembly all built together?
