Will not start. Dash lights are very dim, no radio, windows, nothing. Cycle key several times and everything returns to normal until you reach the start postion - then it all gos out again. With key out, you can hear relays chattering in the relay/fuse panel.

Turn key and just a loud click starter not turning but I noticed when key is in start position all power seems to go out dash lights radieo dome everything goes out until key is returned to run pos.

Everything is supposed to go off in the start position. You would have power to the engine computer and other components to start.
If the engine is not locked up, it could be the starter or a bad connection with one of the battery cables.
