Please explain to me how to replace a cylinder without removing the engine block.
I can see mybe a spark plug, spark plug wire, or a coil pack
but removing a cylinder or even a piston, impossiable
your machanic is an idiot
to solve your problem of runing rough
have someone with enough commen sense to do a full tune-up and full filter change
