Question about 1990 Ford Festiva
There is a Temperature Sensor TS113, made by Standard, located by the thermostat. It has one wire on it. This wire has to ground out in order to shut off fan relay. A simple test of this switch is to use a test wire. Put one End of the wire to a ground and the other end in the Temperature Sensor wire. The fan should turn off. A strange way to make it work, but that's how it is with Ford.
