Question about 2003 Ferrari 308 Gtsi

Electrical problem Just bought a 1979 308 GTS last week and encountered an electrical problem that seemed to fix itself after a few days but am worried if it comes back. At first the driving lights went out, then the wipers, electric windows, brake lights and indicators went out, and then worked again after a long drive. The lights just turned out to be a faulty relay. I was just wondering if the other things have a common connector which may be loose? or if i should just forget about it. I just want some advice before i pull the dash apart. Also the alternator/water pump light randomly turns on, the batteryworks fine and i have checked the belt tension and it seems fine also. The timing belts were recently changed so that could just be a connector fault im guessing. Thanks in advance.

Personally, replace the ENTIRE fuse box. This is actually relatively inexpensive ($60) so fear not. Basically the stock unit is lackluster (at best) and a nightmare (at worst). Please accept my apologies for pointing to another chat board, yet it is WELL documented at:
Please believe me, DO NOT buy a new Ferrari fuse box, make your own as seen in the links above. The time and effort are WELL worth it!

The trunk on my 2013 Ford focus randomly pops open while driving on highways, what could the cause be and how can I fix it?

If y.ou have an electric release for the trunk, then unplug it and use the key. If the trunk stays shut, then its an electrical problem. If the trunk still opens by itself it is mechanical and use the gap the other expert recommended. If this a new vehicle for you there could have been collision damage in that area with poor adjustments or cracked parts.

Why does the bubbles come on when I turn on the heat

Wrong site, But here you go. I worked on these. Two things that possibly could be wrong. The temp sensor. Or the PC/logic board. Most times it was the board. It's been ten years since I did one. But putting a electronic board, unprotected around water, isn't a good idea. The last one I couldn't fix cost $400.

I have a 98 Venture with 180K on it. The past few months it has been acting up. I'm constantly getting a check engine light (cylinder 3 misfire). Changed out all the plugs. Ran great for a few days and...

well it sounds like you have an electrical problem as in a ground wire or connection. as far as the misfire on three only, have the coil checked and check that intake gasket around that cylinder with carb cleaner for air leak

After pressing the 4 wheel drive button it just blinks a few times and stops then 2wheel drive lights comes on. 4wheel drive worked fine the day b 4

these damn things do this all the time, my 03 ? you cant count on it to work any day of the week ! you just get lucky and it works. I get all lights flashing, i get the nuetral light on yet it is in 2 hi. I'm tired of all the codes and replacing parts, 700.00 dollars later and still the same. I just drive it and it fixes itself in a day, maybe next time i start truck. It worked the best when i sealed all the electrical plugs in moisture proof wrapping, but a few months later and its a guess game again so i just drive it !

ABS light on, needs rear speed sensor and traction control light is on, Do I need to replace these?

Mine comes on too on my 2005 Sequoia and fixing it doesn't make it go away... it comes back on after a few weeks.

Also I have fixed my rear wiper/ heat/ electrical twice and it only lasts a few weeks before the problem starts all over. Something is wrong and we should have to keep spending $$.

1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera Battery Draining

yes. You just need an honest, qualified mechanic. I'm not saying your last mechanic was not qualified, but any mechanic should know how to search and test for an unintended drain. Sounds like that is what you have.

Go on youtube and watch videos of "unintended, or parasitic drains"-there are hundreds of them. Any mechanic with a good multi-meter should be able to find it pretty quick-within an hour or two.
I wouldn't worry about the AC-your car is too old for it-too easy to have problems with a car that old, although if you have enough money, you can do anything. Just saying it would be expensive. The window problem is not an expensive fix, probably needs a new window motor. yours probably has worn brushes. The rear defroster is easy to troubleshoot with a multi-meter. Keep at it and you will have a good car.

Electrical problems

I have, when I first bought my 02 Liberty. It ended up being a faulty ECU. ECU is the computer brain that controls the whole car. I had it replace and it never happened again.
