Why are two spark plugs not firing?

This is likely a waste fire ignition system where one coil is firing two plugs. This is a less expensive system for the OEMs and is used in many models. I would swap the coil with another to assure that it is the coil and not the Spark Control Module.

If problem moves with the coil replace the coil.

No fire from coil- replace crank sensor, fuel pump relay , new spark plugs

If you have fire going into coil and not coming out than replace coil pack. They can become weak and will cause firing to be muted. Coil should read about 13ohms with an electrical tester when disengaged from the cars power supply set on 20+ohms. Anything less needs replacement.

Truck will turn over but wont crank,no fire to coil, replaced coil still no fire

No fire to the coil or no fire from it? There's one wire from the ignition circuit to the coil that energizes it. If there's no power to the coil there, replacing the coil wouldn't gain anything, and the problem would require several steps to try to diagnose.
If there is power to the coil, but no spark from it to the distributor, then the first two things I'd consider are the ignition control module and the reluctor assembly in the distributor.
I would need to know more specifically what you checked and how.

Have fire to coil pack, but no fire coming from it

It sounds like a bad ground. The coils are grounded through the Ignition Control Module and yours may be defective. The replacement of an ICM takes about fifteen minutes and you can do-it-yourself.

Just firing on one coil but replaced it and still not working

You may need to replace the plug wires after many miles they become more resistive and deliver weak or no spark to the plugs. It could also be the ignition module it is common for GM vehicles in that year range to have failing modules.

Have a 1995 pastport having problem with start up.don't have fire at coil.

If there's no fire coming from the coil, it's most likely bad, If it's not firing, your plugs are not firing. Have the coil tested, easily replaced.
