Yes, it does. Did they itemize? I have been answering this over and over lately, so I hope you don't mind if I refer you to one of my previous answers. You can troubleshoot this yourself and probably just pay for parts. You can always reply if you don't understand my solution...

03 taurus under acceleration climate control only blows out defrost vents no matter what it is set on

Check for vacuum leaks. Common problem is the line that comes from the engine into the cabin of the car. It gets hard and brittle and cracks, then no vacuum to power the vent actuator pods.

No heat

Hi James, If we're talking about the radiator for cooling the engine, check the thermostat and water pump. If we're talking about the cabin climate control, check the valve operation of the cabin temperature control. Regards John

No more hot air at low speed

Hi Espd, The heater inside the cabin is a very simple affair. It circulates the coolant from the engine cooling system through small radiator(s) inside the cabin. As the system works at high RPM it sounds to me as if there is a restriction in the system. The restriction could easily be a defective mixing valve or a clogging of the system. As your vehicle uses an electronic climate control system, it may well be a problem in that system. Have a diagnostic scan carried out on the climate control. If faults are recorded have them attended. If not, back flush the cooling system. (Back flushing as you know, means flushing the system in the opposite direction to the operating flow). Check the operation of the valve and make sure it is opening fully. Regards John

I replaced the fan for my climate control system and although it is working, I am getting very poor air flow regardless of how high I put the setting. What now? Did I replace the wrong part?

By fan you mean the main cabin fan? Large fan with rat cage? on the HVAC, with engine running, do the test, AUTO/ON at the same time. Check for codes. Could be blend door issues, a few others.

You have a vacuum loss somewhere in the cabin area or a bad vacuum motor that operates the air flow door to all the vented areas in the cabin area.

Climate control system

Sounds very much like the cabin fan speed controller which is about $120.00 at SaabSite. It is mounted on the evaporator housing in the passenger footwell. You will have to remove the center console side panel and the panel beneath the glovebox to expose it. It must be mounted with thermal transfer paste to ensure that the contact with the heat sink is maximized. Here is the controller:
