There is only one fuse for all window motors, so if one window works that means that your fuse is good, check elec. conections going to the door for win. motor, some times elect. wires break. or your window motor needs to be replce. hope this will help you bye.

My power windows won't work anymore. The chances of all four of the window motors burning out are slim at best. I looked at the fuses in the interior panel and under the hood. The fuses seem they don't...

did they all go out at once? ck for power and the the master lock out switch there on the drivers window switch, ( it turns them all "OFF" except the drivers door). If you have a mechanic , he should be able to look up a wiring idagram and find it the problem. There is a "accesory delay relay" and a circuit breaker for that, Pink/yellow wire is main power to the switch.

IF THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW IS WORKING IT IS NOT A FUSE PROBLEM AS THESE ARE ON THE SAME CIRCUIT. MOST LIKELY IT WILL NEED A WINDOW MOTOR/REGULATOR ASSEMBLY WHICH IS BETTER HANDLED BY YOUR LOCAL TECH. HOPE THIS HELPS!

Both electric rear windows do not operate

Hi,

Thanks for using FixYa!

If the rear power windows don't work. Its possible that you have a blown fuse for the rear side windows. Open up the fusebox usually located under the dashboard. Check the fusebox manual. Locate the fuse for the rear power windows. check if the fuse is blown. Replace the fuse. im 98% sure that its just a blown fuse.

Have a wonderful day.

COULD BE A FUSE. CHECK THEM AND YOU SHOULD FIND A BAD ONE. HOPE THIS HELPS. IT IS VERY RARE THAT BOTH OF THE WINDOW MOTORS ARE BAD AT THE SAME TIME. ALSO CHECK THE RELAYS FOR THE WINDOWS. GOOD LUCK. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR AN HONEST RATING. AND FOR USING FIX-YA. PLEASE KEEP ME POSTED.

I assume you're asking about your 1966 Toyota ... right? At least that's what my crystal ball tells me, since you did not actually say anything about the make, model and year of the vehicle in question! Sorry, but '66 Toyota cars did not have any power windows!

Windows won't work

Your power feed to the window switch panel is a big wire loom that goes through the driver door. Check the connection at the door jamb. I've seen the plug slowly come apart just from the door opening and closing. You should have a power window fuse at the fuse block under the dash as well. The power to all the windows goes to the main switch at the driver door first then goes to the rest of the windows. Hope this helps.
