Question about Jeep Grand Cherokee
I have a 91 cherokee and when I test for spark I only have spark on cylinder 3 and 4. I have replaced the crank position sensor, alternator, and have tested with another coil. Can I remove the icu and take it to a dealer to get tested or do I have to tow it in?
Is there something else I can check before I do this? Thanks for any help!
These vehicles have had some problems with distributors. Open the distributor and look for signs of arcing. An intermittently interrupted spark could cause a stumble or hesitation as well. Distributors also can behave differently when hot
