Check the fuses and then the park light switch, make sure you check the fuses under the hood. most of the time this is due to a blown fuse.

Problem with parking back lights on my school bus I changed all the fuses and nothing my headlights work reverse lights work

Do the front park lights work? The front and rear park lights should be on the same circuit. If no park lights operational, possible switch or power/ground issue. If only rear park lights not working, suspect burned out bulbs/wiring problem to rear lights

No tail or running lights on right side

No park lights on right side, front or back?
Use a testlight and see if power is present at the contacts in the socket with park lights on. There may also be a separate ground for right rear, but I doubt it. If you don't have power to the socket, look for a broken wire between the left rear and right rear. (The socket will have two contact points-one for park lights, one for brake and turn signals.)

The only lights that work on my rear taillights are my turnsignals. I've replaced the bulbs and still nothing. Please help?

Check for power to your brakelight switch this located at the top of the brake pedal. I see alot of these go bad.
