Check the blower motor resistor.Remove glove box door and look at the top of the A/C box. There should be a relay you can feel clicking when you put the fan on high. In the immediate vicinity of that relay is the connector for the resistor. The resistor assembly screws into the A/C box.Follow the blower motor wires the other end of wires connected to blower motor resistor .Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. If you jumo the from battery at motor blower, this work? Are you check the voltage from switch to motor blower? Sound like a bad connection.

    Do
you have power to the switch? Do you have power to the fuses? They may
not be blown but they may also not have power. First look for power to the switch. No power trace to fuses.
Next check if switch is getting power doe switch send power. Does
blower motor receive power after you verified that switch has power. Try these things first. If the switch
is used than the switch is probably bad. Also there is a resistor on
the blower motor that can go bad and that could be the problem.

    Also, could
sounds like the blower resistor pack. It is usually located near the blower motor as it gets hot and needs the airflow to cool itself. It has three resistors that the switch controls to adjust the speed.

Blower motor on drivers side quit working what could cause this I checked the motor outside of the car and it ran fine jaguar xj12 1994 4 door

Check for power to the switch and from the switch to the motor. You said you checked it outside, so if you put power to it and it works you have to back track the fault to where the power is lost.
It would be no power to switch or no power out of switch or wiring in between.

Your blend door is probibly not moving all the way to vent position. If you put it on vent there is probibly air blowing on floor or defrost. It may also be opening just a fraction and causing back pressure on the blower motor causing the noise. Is there any difference in outside air or recirculate?
