you have to get special socket that made for o2 sensors you can get local part store and you have to know which sensor you have to replace.

check the fuses
but probably your cooling gas has gone, because of a leak in the system.
you need to go to the dealer, they have special detection tools to find this out.

The Passat 2.0T SFI has a poor crankcase vent system. There is a recall to apply an upgrade. However, even after the upgraded vent is installed still expect the 2.0T to always consume a quantity of oil
