Hi, it's very strange to hear that your fuel pump has no fuel filter which can lead to the damage of the car engine because of the dirts going into it. You have to fix the fuel filter and the hose immediately because the hose will help in reading the proper fuel gauge and the fuel filter will filter the dirts from going into the engine...

Where is the fuel pump on a1994 honda accord when fuel level gets to 1/4 car will cut off when i try to start back car will start but cuts right back off

it is inside the gas tank, does not sound like a pump problem to me. consult with a dealer service department and see if this is a common early 90s honda problem.

Where is the fuel pump of a 1993 Honda Accord Ex located

You must drop the tank to change the fuel pump. There is an access panel, but not big enough to remove the fuel pump. To do that, you must cut/enlarge that hole. Hope this is helpfull

How to replace a fuel fuel pump and fuel filter

If you have a fuel-injected, 4-cylinder engine, your electric fuel pump is in your gas tank and requires that the gas tank be removed so that you can get at the plate on top of the tank that covers the fuel pump. That is something that most people won't do unless they are convinced that the fuel pump is bad.
Your fuel filter is directly below the brake master cylinder, held in place by a bracket. Make sure you have the right tools to remove it because working space is at a minimum, particularly on the 94 Accord when it comes to fuel filters.
Hope this is helpful to you.

94 honda accord turns off when i come to a stop.

Sounds like the fuel supply pipe inside the fuel tank has hole that's why if the fuel level is about 1/4 and the pipe hole is not completely soak in the fuel, the fuel pump will sucks air instead of fuel and this can cause of lack of power first until the engine shut off but if your problem is sudden shut off without other symptoms like lack of power or engine rough running first before engine shutting off, most probably it was electical problem.
