The blower motor is located under the windshield wiper assembly. remove wiper arms. remove plastic cover under wiper arms. then must remove wiper motor and wiper transmission assembly. black plastic cover in center of car needs to be removed then the blower motor is under that.

SOURCE: I have a 1999 Saab 9-5. The fan blower doesn't

The fan is located under the windsheild wipers. The windsheild wipers will have to be removed. Then remove the plastic shroud and wiper motor and assembly. The fan is located in the middle under the windsheild. If your feeling the AC you can check the stepping units located on the AC unit behind the front console under the dash.....KEH

SOURCE: Where is the blower motor located on 2000 Dodge

The motor is located just under the glove box on the passenger side. I removed the glove box then the panel below the glove box. I also go ahead and pull back the carpet and the padding under the motor. It is held in place by 3-4 bolts that take a 7-8 millimeter socket. I used a swivel extension for the back bolts. The motor with the fan blade attached is a tight fit, just keep wiggling and pulling it should come out. Try to remove the old motor without cracking the fan blade, because sometimes the replacement motor doesn't come with a blade.

Usually the resister is mounted on the air box. You will see a small plate with four or five wires on it mounted to the side of the air box. the resisters are on the other side of the plate where the air flows past.

Saab 9-3 2003, does not blow any air out, hot or cold. what can it be

blower motor is a notortius problem as well as the windows falling ... if nothing blowing the easiest and first thing to check would be your fuses... if you find your fuse to be in working order then its the blower motor. contact a salvage yard or expect to pay anywhere from $450 on up for the parts and labor.
