Question about Chrysler Sebring
Even though it could be a broken timing belt, I doubt it would sieze the engine. It would cause the engine to not start but can be repaired for around $500.00. Unless your using a mechanic you know can be trusted get a second opinion.

If mechanic says engine locked then hes right iam sure ,i suspect the timing belt has broke jamming up the engine
