Check for the ground connection to the units. It is possible that the common connection to this cluster is faulty and the greater possibility of a common rail link- the ground- is to be checked.
Use a meter or test lamp to check the polarity.

Blinkers don't work at all. Where can I find the fuse or relay? I'm very frustrated. I need help.

Chris, fuse could be down under the dash to the left kind of near where your left knee would be when you are driving or under hood (engine compartment) in the fuse/relay center.
It could also be faulty flasher, wiring, etc
I will post some trouble shooting links for you.

If the brake lights and turn signal lights work, then there may be a bad fuse. Check the fuse box.

2005 town & country gauges stopped working. no brake lights, flashers, turn signal,no temp, fuel, speedometer or brake lights.head lights and tail lights come on and and everything else works.

Look for a bad ground...if you have a shop manual or sometimes the dealership will print you off that page, look for the major ground going to those devices.

My left rear taillight keeps blowing a fuse... and then going out...the brake lights work and the turn signals work... but taillight does not.

you should look at the socket and the wires at the socket for a burn mark or damage.if so you can replace a socket.
