First test the alternator. This is tested by revving up the engine and reading volts with multimeter across battery terminals. The voltage should be at least 13.5 V or the alternator is shot.
Also ensure that the alternator belt is well in tension and not worn.
If the alternator is good, then the problem is a parasitic drain. This is a fault that is often difficult to find (for that reason there are car electricians). The fault is found testing continuity and volts in different points.
