Question about 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix
Might be a bad motor, bad switch, or mechanical problem.
You have to open the door panel, remove the plastic cover, unplug the Motor connector, and check with a Multimeter, setting at DC and 20 Volts. If you have power when activating the switch, then remove the motor and pover with a 12Volts Battery charger, or a charged battery. If don't work replace the motor, if works than you have a mechanical problem. Hope this will help.
