Hi all. I have a transmission problem that I need help with. I have a
three quarter ton Chevrolet pickup with the 4L80E transmission. Lately
the transmission has been slipping during the first-second upshift and
often has really hard upshifts for no apparent reason. I have been
trying to determine the cause for this problem. The transmission has
received regular fluid changes and maintenance over its life and was
completely rebuilt about 60,000 kilometers ago. If anyone might have an
answer to my problem please respond. Thanks in advance.
