Theres two 4wd ind. lights on dash but only one comes on, in 4high or 4low. Just bought 97 wranger,no owners manual, i assume one is for hi and one is for lo. Is that correct?

Yes. At least that is how it is on my 97.

Do not have the owner's manual for the 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Would like to have the instructions for the removal of hard top, rag top replacement instructions, etc.

Vehicle won't start, it has clutch interlock, which is only activated in 2wd and 4H , vehicle starts in 4L only, clutch switch??

Take it to the Jeep dealer . It's still under warranty. Won't cost you a penny. Good luck.
