You have a short. Find out what the fuse powers. (As an example, if it's for the auxilary power point, or lighter, remove it and try the fuse again. Or...if the wiper fuse is blowing, unplug the wiper motor harness and try it, if it doesn't blow, the motor is the issue.)

My 80 amp fuse blows everytime i hook up my battery


You have a 40amp fuse for the key switch, and the main component on the 80amp circuit is the alternator.
I would disconnect the alternator, hook up the battery without the fuse, and use a test light across the 80amp fuse terminals to see if the short has been removed.

Find horn, remove wire connector from it, try new fuse, push horn again, if fuse blows, you have short somewhere between, if it doesn't, it's the horn.
