Question about Hyundai Accent

1 Answer

I purchased Accent vehicle on 20.05.2010 bearing registration no. DL 8C T 2810. CNG was fitted by your authorized dealer HIMGIRI. After two days there was a indicator on the screen of the car showing malfunctioning of wire joints. I contacted the Jhilmil Hyundai showroom on following dates but still today the problem is not solved. 29th May10,6th June 10,13th June 10 and 20th June 10 and then in July & August.Hyundai Executives at Jhilmil are assuring every time that they are finding a remedy of this problem and as soon as they will find a solution they will get this problem rectified . VIde this mail I wish to say that if this sort of problem is there in new vehicle (CNG fitted by authorized dealer)why you are allowing them to install CNG kit in your branded cars as this is bringing a defame into your name. Secondly why such a long time is required for this problem.

Is it a good idea to install the CNG kit in the the 2011 model of Hyundai Xcent? I drive about 800-900km in a week. Please suggest me....

Because you have an vehicle that is very good on gas now,the extra weight and cost of adding CNG may cost you money over the life of the vehicle. The CNG makes more sense on heavier vehicles.

My 2002 Hyundai Accent needs a radio code and the dealler no longer has it, what can i do

You can get the code - but it will require some work. The dealer should be able to retrieve this info w/o much difficulty - but will charge more for it. You may want to try a different dealer. In any case, below is how to do it for $29 when the dealer won't. You'll need to know the make, model, year of the car and a valid email address in order for the code to be sent back you.

Remove the radio from the dash and copy the serial number (you must remove the radio from the dash to do this).

Locate & copy the Vehicle Identification Number or VIN (on the car itself or registration documents).

Go to http://www.radio-code.com/HyundiaPayPageRadiocode.htm and fill in the info at the bottom of the page.

Trying to change bearing cant get rotor off

simple don't try it your self take the vehicle to the nearest your cars authorized dealer or distributor for they might help you with this problem because most of the bearing have different sort of tool for opening & fitting them some have press system fitting so please don't do it your self when you are not a expertise to deal with it some time people do fell that way & as a matter part of it people do deal with different problem. in the sense you may damage other part in the process of removing the bearing so please don't do your self when you do not have full knowledge of it, it takes many years of skill & experience to do so .

How do I unjam a rear passenger seat belt from a hyndai accent 2000

i strongly recommend you take your vehicle to your vehicle's local dealer and have the belt removed from the door and then inspect the belt for damage. A damaged seat belt might break when you need it most. Seatbelts and safety are the most important thing!

Happy to help
Have a nice day!
