Hi, this one is easy, fill to level turn steering from left to right, for about 5 times each and if working a noise will be heard. recheck level. reson for turning the steering wheel it forces air out of system. gerry

I also need help knowing how to replace the belt tensioner pulley. It looks like you can't get out the bolt because the pulley is real close to the frame, unless the bolt has nuts on both ends, but it doesn't look like it.

1995 Mitsubishi Galant: Replaced the pressure lines and power steering pump. Still groaning at pump and air in lines. How do I bleed it all out?

You've already aireated it , so you will have to let it set. to purge the air you have to turn the steering 10 to 20 times all the way left and right. Lift the front tires this will make it easier

Added new power steering fluid to the old now my steering is hard

First question is : Was the fluid added marked as poere steering fluid? If so, it's odd that the steering would suddenly become hard. What I would do is disconnect the return line (the one that has a hose clamp on it, not a pressure fitting)
Drain the system there and refill with fresh fluid. Since the fluid has not been changed, you may want to do this twice after running it for a few minutes between changes. If this does not restore proper operation then the pump or steering rack has an internal problem and will need to be diagnosed by someone with experience.

My 2001 mitsubishi Gallant power steering went off while driving

Check the power steering pump. Make sure that it is working correctly. You can have it checked at autozone or kragen . That is most likely your problem is that the power steering pump has gone bad
