Question about 2000 Isuzu Rodeo
Get it tuned up, the replacing of all the spark plugs should help, if not a little bit than fully. If it doesn't then you probably have a stripped transmission or a timing/computer error. Hopefully it's not a big fix, but hope for the best, SAVE for the worst.
