Look right near the blower motor the resister is mounted right near it,it has multi wires going to it,from the blower motor, and the relay should be close by also, check the blower motor to see if it is the problem,it could be at fault.

Blower does not shut off after key is turned off

Start by replacing the blower motor speed control resistor. The blower motor resistor is located near the blower motor under the dash on the passenger side and its head goes into the air ducting for cooling with the connector on the outside..

Blower not working on 1997 chevy blazer

Check the blower motor relay, usually located under the hood in a box, also check the fuse in the fuse panel for the blower motor. If both of those are good then you have a bad blower motor.

My 1996 blazer a/c system works fine....... But the blower every now and then 10 - 15 mins. Stops blowing for about 1 - 2 seconds and comes right back on. Resistor?

Very unlikely, most likely the motor is overheating and locking up. The resistor will either work or will not work. All it does is vary the voltage to the blower not shut it off.
