After disconecting you battery. If you remove the steering wheel cover I believe it is 4 screws. Then if you look at the bottom of the steering wheel near the ignition you should see a little button/hole. you need a very small screwdriver or pen/pencil to push this button. Push it and turn the key to the on position. It should come out farly easily. Once you have it out. hold the outside part and while watching the end oppisit the key end turn the key until the other end lines up as to appear to be able to slide apart easily. then that same button you pushed eariler you need to pull out carefully. when it is out the outside and inside of the ingition should slid apart easily and you should be able to see the broken part of the key and push it out using a small knife or something tine but hard. It sounds hard but it really isn't just make sure you keep every thing lined up. so it goes back together easily.

If you thnikin that cant do it, a qualified locksmith can often do that for you. They have some rather clever tools for just such a situation.

Hope helps.

Where do I find location of fuel pump fuses or relay for 1986 Chrysler labaron?

1986? oh boy, it\'s been a long time. I don\'t recommend extensive use of starting fluid, it is hard on valves and rings.

if I remember correctly, this year still had fuses inside the glove box. Look there first. If nothing than raise the hood and look for black box. Remove cover by pressing the snaps out of the way and inside the cover there should be a guide to tell you which is for the fuel pump. I don\'t like being the one to tell this, but there is a possibility the fuel pump has shorted out. Try replacing the fuses, oops it might a relay instead of fuse, if that doesn\'t fix it , it fear you will need a new pump.

Can you tell me where the fuel filter is located, on a 1986 labaron? It has a carborator ,,, we looked and could not find its location, under the hood

It's mounted to the frame rail under the car near the fuel tank. I wish they would put them under the hood like many used to!
