Most bulbs push in, then twist bulb left or right and the bulb should pop out, there is a spring behind the bulb, when you take the bulb out, it shouldn't come out. It keep's pressure on the bulb for good electrical connection.

1998 Isuzu rodeo headlights not working. changed fuses, and bulbs , still not working

What does tried mean ?

You could not figure out if a fuse had failed?

You tested no fuses & replaced perfectly good ones?

You replaced head light lamps & did not test the old ones?

If the cable from the battery to the starter was an issue
Would you not have checked that?

If it was an issue, then the vehicle most likely wouldn't start

Not really telling us anything that was tested

Your asking for a guess to what?
