Sounds like it came loose from the bracket that it attaches to , you will have to take door trim panel off and reattach to the bracket , may be able to be done with high stenght adhesive , a local body shop should have no problem doing this for you

Every time I go over a big bump in road one ,two or even three rear seat belt lights come on and then start pinging/ringing and do not stop until either I switch engine off or fasten rear seat belts.

The sensors in the seat detect weight and assume there are occupants in the seats without the seat belts done up and this then triggers the warnings. If you are carrying items on the seat that bounce when you hit a bump that may trigger the alarms. Even movement in the seat unit itself when you hit a decent bump could trigger the sensors.

Just keep the rear seat belts done up and you will not have a problem with false warnings.

Sounds like the clamp bolts that hold glass to regulator were loose, so regulator went down, but glass stayed up till you hit a bump or shut door

Windows on lincoln ls

you will have to replace the whole regulator. check with your local used parts dealer for cheapest price. those regulators can range from 100 to 300 dollars and in some cause more. also for temp solution shove a piece of cardboard between inside window felt and glass to create pressure. it will help hold it up through the bumps

1998 mazda millenia, the rear end slides

I need to know if you have any type of air suspension. If you have a air compressed shock system then I would say the whoo whoo sound is coming from a leak or problem in the air pressure regulation system. That could cause the sides to move up and down and loose your grip also. Have your suspension checked and have your breaks checked also.

Rear window on 1989 jeep grand cheerokee went down while i was driving wont go back up.

pull out the bottom door paneling
and reach inside until you touch the window
push on the automatic button and push up
on the window at the same time

if the window isnt all the way down,
just pull the window up with your hand
and push the automatic button
