You will get flu like symptoms if the ac has been on a long time or if contaminated.now, do NOT get worried, cos there is a bug in ALL ac units that, if you are susceptical, can be quiet nasty,(have you heard of legionaires desease, well, thats the bug.)You can get a spray that you use in the air inlet for the ac to clean out all nasties.(you must take out the filter first).cost a few bucks ( will not get rid of nicotine).and will help your eyes and nose ............
again do not worry, all ac units have the bug already.its in the air..

sounds like you have a bad heater control module. simply put, the knob where you turn the fan on,,, that part is bad and needs replaced. hope this helps you!!

Need to know where fuel filter is located on my 2003 nissan altima

It has a filter in the gas tank like a strainer on the fuel pump.It should be serviced every 110,000 miles did you know it also has no transmission filter either, that you only drain and replace oil cant take the pan off its right above frame rail.

I have a nissan altima 2003, when I turn on the heat, I only get heat when the car is in motion, if I am at a stand still the air turns cold

Check to see if when you are at a standstill the cooling fans are running all the time. It also could be that the water pump has a issue and pumping enough when idling.

VIbration in AC/HEATER fan

I've had mice in my Nissan PU and actually caught one in a trap set on the floorboard; so I know they can get inside. They also knocked some of the fiberglass insulation into the blower motor so it vibrated as it was no longer balanced. You could have a dead one in your blower. Mine was easily accessible from under the passenger side under the dash. Three screws and the motor dropped so I could clean out the fiberglass.
