What makes the fuel to flood out into the air filter case

Could be the injector pintle is stuck open and just allowing the fuel pump to keep pumping the fuel in. Make sure you change the oil and oil filter. And clean up any gas before any further work. If you unplug the injector from the harness and just cycle the key no fuel should spray when pump runs. If it does than injector stuck open.

Ive got gas in the cranck case on a 2009 ford focus 2.0 crank case is over full and very thin oil runs fine. whats going on?

Usually a leaking fuel injector or fuel pressure regulator.
The injector can leak fuel into the cylinder after you turn the engine off.

I have a 1999 chevy 2500 7.4L i go to crank it over it fires for about 2 seconds then dies what causes this low fuel pressure?

Check connections at oil pressure switch. Oil pressure switch is also safety device to fuel pump in case of accident or roll over. Shuts pump off when oil pressure drops. That's where I'd start, very common GM truck problem

Is there a reset button on this fuel pump

CHEVY DOESN'T USE A FUEL PUMP RESET/CUTOFF SWITCH, FORDS USE THIS FEATURE, ON A CHEVY IT IS DONE WITH THE OIL PRESSURE CUTOFF SWITCH, SO IF U LOOSE OIL PRESSURE THE FUEL PUMP CUTS OFF, THIS OIL PRESSURE FUEL PUMP CUTOFF SWITCH AND IT'S WIRING ARE NEAR THE OIL FUILTER UNDER THE TRUCK.

No start

i suspect that the crankshaft sensor has gone bad and if this is the case the injectors wll not fire bcus the computer does not see crank rotaton. When you spray a substiute fuel in you are temporarily being the fuel source.
