It can also be the brake switch which is located on the top of the brake peddle.

All right, you've checked all the fuses and they are good, try replacing the headlight switch. the plug in to the headlight switch may have come loose also. make sure to check that plug before you replace the switch.try wiggling the headlight switch back and forth to see if the lights will come on. if they do come on you'll know where the problem is, but sometimes that switch will burn out altogether. hope this helps!!!
