You have connected the wiring wrongly - the sensors are all messed up. Since i don't know what engine you have, in what state it was, what was on it when you got it and how you connected it, all i can say is that you must redo the entire wiring,

You need to go thru all the wiring and make sure you didn`t forget to hook something up or pinch some wires when you installed the motor. You will need to look it over very carefully check your grounds also.If you have a scanner then check the codes. This could give you an idea of where the problem is.Hope this helps.Good luck.Let me know if you need more help.

The grounds you need to check are the harness grounds. These are grounds that will be in the vehicle harness and are for the computers. You adding a separate ground will not help.If these lights were not on before then it is something you did when you installed the motor. You need to check it over very carefully.Good luck.

I have a Honda GX 630 that seems to run great but it has fuel in the oil when I change the oil it just keeps putting more fuel in the oil any explanation on why I could be doing this

It could be the type of usage and the duration of the runs are too short for the engine and the oil inside to reach normal working temperature. Lots of cold starts and short runs will inevitably cause some fuel contamination of the engine oil due to the relatively large quantity of fuel used during a cold start, much of which is not burned and some of which will find its way into the oil.

An hour of normal use would usually be enough to evaporate most of the surplus fuel from a small number of cold starts but some fuel residue will always remain, often leaving behind a fuel odour for those with a sensitive nose. This would be exaggerated if the oil pan capacity was quite small but the residue will do little harm over the short term in a quality oil.

It is possible there is a fuel problem, such as a small amount of fuel leaking past the carburettor float valve, which if there is no fuel tap and the system is gravity feed, some could find its way into the engine intake.
In this case cold starting would be possible without engaging the cold start enrichment and it might be noticed the oil level never seems to reduce or even begins to rise and fuel consumption would be noticed to be higher than normal.

If the engine is being used in a cold climate it is possible it is over-cooled and even when worked hard for long periods the oil doesn't reach a high enough temperature for it to do its job properly.

MY RAV4 engine stalls while slowing down. Whats the problem do you think?

well lets try inspecting your coolant temp sensor for the ecu, not for your gage it is green whit two wires going into it, if any corrosion replace sensor and pigtail, your ecu may be dumping lots of fuel thinking eng still cold when is hot, this also wahs off your rings and by adding oil bumps compression and starts, hope this helps.

Cold engine light on, oil light flashing, bubbles of air on the engine oil stick?

Do not start the car. Tow it to a service centre and have it checked out as this sounds like amajor engine fault that may escalate if driven. If the car has an automatic transmission the drive wheels will need to be lifted or the car put on a truck to stop damage to the transmission when towing.

Propane test on eng.

Your mechanic did a good test by externally adding more fuel to the engine. The fact that the addition of the extra fuel to the engine changed the engines behavior would suggest he is on the right track.

2005 explorer 4.0 eng Service eng. soon light came on took it to autozone. The computer said #5 cylinder missfiring. Put new plugs & wires didn't make a difference. Checked compression this morning...

Changeout the rotor button and cap. the cap has carbon pins under there and wear down from the rotor button. The rotor button sits on the distributor which is easily pulled off. When removing these be sure the plug wires stay in order, Also, use di-electic grease on the plug wires, prevents moisture getting there and run away sparks. CAP/ROTOR button $20 approx.
