DEX/MERC okay for 1992 Plymouth Voyager?

I would not use it unless your owners manual specifys Dexron. I know on the Gen. 1 Voyagers ie.1984 to 1990 They required Mopar ATF+3 or transmission damage and failure was common if DEXRON was used.

Hellow my name is gus and Im trying to change the transmission mount on a 95 plymouth voyager I have taken the mount off but is there a certain way it should go

Make sure you support the transmission with a length of two by four wood and trolly jack, don't jack up to much just enough to take weight off it, the mount must be installed the way the old one was remove sometimes you may need to use a drift or large phillips head screw driver to line up the mount holes with mount by inserting the screwdriver through the mount's hole into the transmission's threaded hole to line up.

The problem i have is that the revers on my 1993 plymount voyager

it could be a bad low reverse servo, bad friction materials. if the friction materials are bad in the transmission then the "sun gear" will not be engaged. This is the gear that allows the planetary gearset to move the output shaft in reverse. So you are looking at a servo problem or a transmission rebuild.
