Question about 1991 Dodge Dynasty
Hi as you have no head lights and no tail lights then this rules out bulbs being at fault and as your high beam works this would rule out any fuses being blown, the only thing left that could be causing the problem is the switch that turns the lights on you will find that once you have replaced this all your lights will be working again.
over time the contacts ware and then when you turn the lights on it dont make a good contact and this stops the lights turning on but as you have got high beams then this rules out fuse being blown so the problem will be with the switch itself that you turn the lights on with.
get this replaced and that will solve your problem.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks
