Morning, will not stay on need to keep foot on padal, till warm up a little it has a little miss while doing it could it be fuel pump or filter

The gas filter should be changed every 12,000-20,000 miles, always a good place to start. I would check the fuel pressure, Also the coolant temperature sensor could be bad, telling the computer the engine is warmed up when it's really not. Kind of like when the choke wouldn't work on a carburator.
